We offer cooking expeditions designed for the amateur and professional alike. Travel throughout Morocco, taste, see, and experience exotic cuisine prepared with your own hands. The cooking expeditions are conducted by a traditional Moroccan cook or a chef from known Moroccan restaurant. Small groups of maximum 10 participants work alongside with a translator (Arabic/English/French), using easy-to-use modern equipment found in everyday kitchens. Also with ancient old methods used for centuries to prepare food. At the end of each workshop, participants dine on the meal they have prepared. At a typical half-day workshop, one learns to prepare an appetizer and a main dish, or a main dish and dessert. Included in the tour is shopping the Souk for exotic spices, traveling to the mountains and desert to learn how to prepare local cuisine.
